There have been many changes to our booking conditions for the 2009 DUBLIN HORSE SHOW so please read all documentation carefully before submitting your application.

We would like to draw particular attention to the following points:
1) The weather during the weeks coming up to Horse Show week will determine whether OBRFC will accept DAILY/CASUAL PARKING. Please refer to our website (www.oldbelvedere.ie) in late July for updated information.
2) AWNINGS will be charged at an extra premium of €250. A gazebo is classified as an awning. These constructions must be advance booked but will only be allowed on a discretionary basis. In the event that an awning must be removed, a full refund will be made.
3) The CAR SEASON TICKET – Advance car parking applications will only be accepted with requests for trucks or caravans. Only one car space per vehicle application will be allowed i.e. one car space allowed with one truck etc. As usual these tickets may be collected at the gate and will not be forwarded by post.
4) CARS will not be permitted to move freely within the ground but will be parked in car parking areas only. Cars will not be able to “visit” trucks or caravans.
5) TRAILER BOXES will no longer be booked in to the ground.
6) TRUCK parking applications will be accepted only on the basis of the length of the vehicle. Any discrepancy between the pre-booked parking pass and the size of the accompanying truck, could result in refusal of entry at the gate. In such instances, no refund will be made.
7) There will be no DAILY RATES FOR TRUCKS and no truck will be admitted to the Ground unless pre-booked at the relevant weekly rate. For more details see the enclosed booking form.
8- Parking applications and spaces will be accepted on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. Owing to damage caused to our Ground in 2007 and 2008 advance booking will be limited in 2009.
